What This School Does Well
VTC Independent School excels at supporting pupils who have had poor experiences of school elsewhere, helping them build positive relationships with staff and make real progress. The sixth-form provision is particularly strong, providing industry-standard facilities in welding and catering that prepare students well for employment. Staff interactions with pupils are thoughtful and caring, with pupils responding well to high expectations and developing respect and responsibility.
