Areas for Improvement

  • A small number of subjects, including careers advice and guidance, lack sharp focus on what pupils need to learn, leading to less secure understanding and recall
  • Inconsistent identification and support for pupils with special educational needs and disabilities - some staff less confident in recognising SEND and making adjustments
  • Variable quality of support for SEND pupils means some become overwhelmed and underachieve

Safeguarding arrangements are effective with staff creating an open and positive culture that puts pupils' interests first.

Extracurricular Activities

Collaborative projects such as buying toys for local families to celebrate Hanukah, raising money for local and national charities, external speakers providing careers information
