What This School Does Well
The school has successfully turned around behaviour and created a calm, respectful environment where pupils feel safe and happy. It provides excellent support for pupils with special educational needs and offers a wide range of enrichment activities that help all pupils, including disadvantaged ones, develop beyond the classroom. The school is ambitious about curriculum improvements and has started to raise expectations for all pupils.

- Behaviour has improved significantly with a consistent approach used throughout the school, creating calm lessons and settled social times
- Support for pupils with SEND has been developed well, with many now attending and achieving more highly
- Strong personal, social and health education curriculum that prepares pupils well for life in modern Britain
