In its own words: "At Waverley we understand that everyone has a duty to 'actively promote' the fundamental British values of democracy , the rule of law , individual liberty , mutual respect and tolerance of those with different faiths and beliefs. These values were first set out by the government in the 'Prevent' strategy in 2011."

From the headteacher's welcome: "In Spring 1, we will be learning about transport and vehicles! We will explore different vehicles like cars, buses and trains, and talk about how they travel. We will learn some simple, important rules too, such as wearing a seatbelt in the car and having a ticket when we go on a bus or train."
