Evergreen Primary creates a warm, welcoming environment where children feel safe, happy and proud to belong. The school excels at early years education with outstanding provision that sets children up for strong progress throughout primary school. Teachers have high expectations, know families well, and work closely with parents to support each child's individual needs.
Key Strengths
- Outstanding early years provision with excellent understanding of child development across all seven areas of learning
- Strong mathematics teaching with regular checks for understanding and effective support for pupils who need help
- Excellent progress in early reading in Reception with well-trained staff and strong phonics delivery
- High expectations for behaviour, with pupils showing respect and enthusiasm for learning
