From the headteacher's welcome: "Situated just outside Shrewsbury, we are a village school with strong links with our local church and excellent parental support. We have high expectations of all our children, staff and governors and we strive to provide an environment where everyone is respected and valued. We help children to develop perseverance and resilience and celebrate their own and others’ success."

The school runs a breakfast club from 7:45am and after-school care.
