Wolverhampton Grammar School in detail

Wolverhampton Grammar School in its own words

In its own words: "We will give your child the best opportunity to leave our school with excellent exam results. But, what we offer, is much more. Wolverhampton Grammar School is an extraordinary school. You just have to step through the doors to feel a tangible warmth - a warmth created by people who embody community."

From the headteacher's welcome: "Our small class sizes, with single-form entry at infants, mean that your child gets the individual attention they deserve. This said, our key stage two cohorts are large enough to support choirs, orchestras, and the usual football, cricket and netball teams. It is our aim to help your child to succeed in the modern world."

Clubs and activities named on the school's website include judo, chess, Lego, gardening and homework club.

Coming up: an open evening on Thursday 12 November 2026. Check the school's website before you go, as dates can change.
