University of Sussex provides high-quality apprenticeships that blend academic excellence with real-world application. Apprentices benefit from expert tutors, tailored support for individual learning needs, and opportunities to work on complex projects that directly improve their employers' businesses. The university creates an inclusive environment where all apprentices, including those with additional learning needs, can thrive and develop the critical skills sought by employers.

- Well-structured curriculums designed with employers that develop leading-edge knowledge and skills in digital technologies and artificial intelligence
- Expert tutors who use effective teaching methods and provide comprehensive feedback to help apprentices make sustained progress
- Welcoming and inclusive culture with specialist support for apprentices with additional learning needs, including study support sessions and tailored learning plans
- Comprehensive safeguarding policy with well-trained staff and regular awareness training for apprentices
- Strong employer engagement with employers attending reviews and valuing the innovation apprentices bring to the workplace
