The Complete Works excels at building confidence and self-esteem in pupils who have experienced gaps in learning, mental health challenges, or complex medical needs. The school provides small-group and one-to-one teaching tailored to each student's requirements, with regular checks to adjust learning programmes quickly. By the time pupils leave, nearly all move into further education or training.
