From the headteacher's welcome: "The very first * verse that was revealed to our beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) by Almighty Allah outlines firstly the attribute of the One Who creates and secondly the creation, who is totally dependant on Allah. The verse also emphasises that it is a duty on all Muslims to educate themselves so that they may gain knowledge."

What This School Does Well
This is a warm, caring school where staff know pupils as individuals and provide strong support for their learning. Pupils achieve excellent results in core subjects like English and mathematics, and the school promotes a love of reading throughout the school. The school also excels at preparing pupils for their future careers with a comprehensive programme starting from Year 7.
