Areas for Improvement
- Handwriting, spelling and grammar support is not yet consistent across the school - this limits some pupils from reaching higher standards in writing
- National test results in reading, writing and maths are broadly average rather than above - gaps in foundational skills affect progress
- Vocabulary progression between Nursery and Reception needs strengthening to ensure new words are consistently introduced and practised
