Oasis Academy Sholing has created a kind, respectful learning environment where behaviour has improved dramatically and pupils feel safe. Staff actively listen to pupil opinions and give them real responsibility through student leadership roles. The school provides excellent careers guidance and a wide range of enrichment activities that help pupils discover and develop their talents and interests.
