Luminate provides an inclusive and supportive learning environment where students grow in confidence and develop strong workplace skills. The group excels at creating opportunities for personal development through enrichment activities, voluntary work and community projects. Staff build strong relationships with learners, particularly supporting those at risk of dropping out, helping them progress to employment or further education.
