The school has made real progress in supporting pupils with special educational needs through better identification and tailored support. New leadership has prioritised staff wellbeing during a period of transition, and teachers are learning new strategies to help pupils think more clearly about their learning. The school is learning from best practice at a neighbouring school to improve teaching quality.
