Finstall is a happy, safe school where pupils achieve well in reading, writing and maths. The school offers a broad curriculum enriched by trips, visitors and hands-on activities, with strong support for early reading through daily phonics teaching. Pupils are polite, well-behaved and benefit from a range of clubs and activities including dance, football, bell boating and music lessons.
