Crown Wood excels at giving younger children a brilliant start with expert phonics teaching and reading instruction that continues throughout the school. The school is truly inclusive, with outstanding support for pupils with additional needs and disadvantaged pupils who are actively encouraged to participate in all aspects of school life. Pupils are proud of their school, feel safe and cared for, and develop a strong sense of belonging.
