Colfe's School in detail

Colfe's School in its own words

In its own words: "Colfe’s ranked 47th among independent schools, and 14th for A-levels across the UK"

From the headteacher's welcome: "We are a happy school, a place that celebrates diversity and how it enriches our entire community: there is no Colfe’s ‘type’. We are co-educational because we believe boys and girls learn best when they learn together and from one another."

Clubs and activities named on the school's website include football, rugby, hockey, cricket, tennis, athletics, karate, judo, dance and drama.

The school runs a breakfast club from 7:30am and after-school care.

On phones, the school says: "Pupils can expect their phone to be confiscated if they are found to be using it during the school day and repeat offenders will receive an appropriate sanction."

Coming up: an open day on Tuesday 3 November 2026, an open day on Wednesday 4 November 2026 and an open day on Saturday 7 November 2026. Check the school's website before you go, as dates can change.
