Pupils access a wide range of clubs such as mindfulness, Arabic, football and chess club. Educational trips to places of worship prepare children well for life in diverse Britain. Pupils in the 'Connect and Grow' group access experiences within and beyond the school, such as visiting a café in the local community to practise important social skills.

  • Leaders and governors should ensure that teaching staff accurately identify what pupils, including children in the early years, know and remember, and adapt teaching promptly to address gaps in learning and develop pupils' language effectively across the curriculum.
  • Leaders and governors should ensure that handwriting is taught effectively across the school so that pupils develop a joined script.
