All's Well excels at creating a warm, nurturing environment where pupils with complex needs feel genuinely cared for and safe. Staff build strong relationships with pupils and support their emotional wellbeing with skill and kindness. The school has successfully transformed many pupils' attitudes to school, with excellent attendance improvements and pupils showing growing confidence and resilience through a range of engaging activities.

- Strong focus on attendance and behaviour with well-planned transition processes and nurture-based approaches that help pupils settle and build positive relationships with staff
- Effective safeguarding culture where leaders and staff prioritize pupil safety and wellbeing
- Good progress in English and mathematics where pupils develop key knowledge, vocabulary and skills needed for functional skills assessments
- Excellent pastoral support that builds pupils' resilience, emotional regulation and confidence through meaningful activities
- Warm, caring staff who know pupils well and anticipate their needs
