Do schools in Blackwood have catchment areas?

In Wales each school has a catchment area, published by Caerphilly on its website. Living in it normally gives priority, but not a guaranteed place when a school is oversubscribed.

How do I apply for a school place in Blackwood?

Apply to Caerphilly for the schools you want. Welsh admission deadlines are set by each local authority rather than nationally, so check Caerphilly's admissions pages for this year's closing date.
