The Grange is a welcoming, inclusive school where every child feels they belong. Staff build warm, caring relationships with pupils from the early years onwards, and the school has a strong focus on personal development and wellbeing. Reading is celebrated across the school, with pupils achieving well in phonics and developing a genuine love of books.

- Phonics teaching in Key Stage 1 is consistent and effective, with pupils achieving in line with national outcomes
