Ryton Junior School excels at creating a warm, supportive community where children feel happy and safe while achieving well academically. The school puts particular emphasis on reading and provides excellent mental health support through mindfulness and outdoor learning experiences. Teachers are knowledgeable and use smart questioning to help pupils learn effectively, with especially strong results in reading and mathematics.
