From the headteacher's welcome: "Primary School of the Year 2019 & Primary Pupil of the Year 2019 at the Northamptonshire Education Awards We are a small village primary school with approximately 90 children who live in the village or nearby Pineham, Hunsbury Meadows, West Hunsbury and other local areas."

This is a caring, well-run school where children thrive both academically and emotionally. The school has a real focus on developing well-rounded global citizens through enriching experiences and meaningful responsibilities. Reading is prioritised from the earliest years, with strong teaching methods that get almost all children reading fluently by the end of Year 1.
