Personal development and wellbeing - Expected standard. "Leaders have purposefully designed the personal development programme to enable pupils to be 'the best versions of themselves'."

Achievement - Needs attention. "Over time, pupils do not achieve as well as they should."

Attendance and behaviour - Needs attention. "Too many pupils do not attend school as often as they should."

Safeguarding standards were met.

From the headteacher's welcome: "Welcome to Ranikhet Academy, a warm and welcoming one form entry primary school in Tilehurst, Reading. We offer school places from pre school (aged 3-4 years) in our wonderful Nursery and then from Reception (aged 4-5 years) to Year 6 (aged 10-11 years)."
