The school places strong emphasis on reading and phonics, quickly supporting pupils who need extra help. Reception children benefit from a carefully planned curriculum using both indoor and outdoor spaces to build their skills. Pupils are proud of their school, displaying kindness and respect, with excellent opportunities to develop as active citizens through eco-councils and chaplaincy teams.
