The school has made impressive improvements to behaviour management, resulting in significantly fewer behaviour incidents and better learning conditions for all pupils. Staff feel valued and supported by leaders who prioritise their wellbeing, and the school provides a calm, inclusive environment with vocational courses tailored to pupils' needs.
