Moulton College has strong safeguarding systems in place with responsive staff who take learner concerns seriously. The college makes safeguarding support highly accessible through visible spaces and success coaches who attend lessons. Staff work closely with parents from the earliest signs of concern, ensuring families are kept informed and involved in supporting vulnerable learners.
