Lift Columbus has made substantial improvements to keeping pupils safe, with strong leadership oversight and staff who understand safeguarding procedures. The school has strengthened how it teaches reading through a consistent phonics approach, helping pupils learn to read well. Leaders have also improved relationships with families through a dedicated family liaison officer and regular communication about school life.
