- Behaviour has improved significantly following the revised behaviour policy, which is implemented consistently well

- Staff quickly identify pupils with SEND and most achieve well
- Trips and enrichment activities enhance the curriculum, including visits to science museums and large-scale performances
Areas for Improvement
- In some newly developed subject curriculums, teachers' checks on what pupils have learned are not fully effective, so pupils sometimes lack the knowledge needed to learn new content
- Some staff do not have the skills to accurately measure progress for a small number of pupils with SEND, affecting their progression in learning
