Reading is a real strength at Hazelwood - children become confident, fluent readers through excellent phonics teaching. The school creates a calm, respectful community where children feel valued and supported, with strong teaching that adapts to meet individual needs. Beyond academics, the school encourages independence, respect for differences, and responsibility through enriching activities and community involvement.
