- Strong attendance support and partnerships with families lead to sustained improvements, with disadvantaged pupils and those with SEND attending better than peers nationally
- Safeguarding culture is open and positive, with all pupils feeling safe and knowing staff deal promptly with bullying or unkind behaviour
- Wide range of clubs and cultural experiences available with high attendance, particularly good access for disadvantaged and vulnerable pupils

- Teaching quality is not yet consistent across all subjects - some lessons do not move learning on quickly enough
