Ofsted's report card from its 27 January 2026 inspection grades Endon Hall Primary School on 7 areas: 4 expected standard and 3 needs attention. Report cards replaced single-word judgements in November 2025, on a five-point scale from exceptional to urgent improvement.

Personal development and wellbeing - Expected standard. "The personal development programme is designed to respond to the school's context and incorporate the school's values."

Curriculum and teaching - Needs attention. "The curriculum for writing needs further improvement."

Early years - Needs attention. "In the early years, interactions between staff and children are not consistently of a high quality."

Inclusion - Needs attention. "The support some pupils receive in lessons and the adaptations made to their learning are not well matched to their needs."

Safeguarding standards were met.

In its own words: "Our Before and After School provision (Phoenix Club) enables the school day to be extended for all age groups, if required. We also have a range of After School activities that take place from 3.30pm to 4.30pm. These are changed termly and include activities such as choir, craft, lego, mindfulness, a range of sports, gardening etc."

In 2025, 80% of Year 6 pupils at Endon Hall Primary School reached the expected standard in reading and 77% in maths. At the average state primary the figures were 79% and 77% in Staffordshire and 77% and 75% across England.

Results were similar in 2024 (75% in reading, 78% in maths).
