Digital Advantage creates a professional, supportive environment where young people with autism and other disabilities gain real digital skills through actual industry projects. Staff genuinely understand learners' needs and celebrate their achievements, helping them develop confidence and overcome past difficulties. Most learners progress to sustained employment, with their work meeting professional standards.
