- High-quality teaching across curriculum - teachers consistently teach to a high standard and address gaps in learning
- Effective personal development programme - pupils learn to keep themselves safe, lead healthy lifestyles and develop resilience
- Strong leadership with clear vision - leaders make decisions focused on pupil success and hold high expectations of staff and pupils
