- Excellent facilities including therapy pools, rebound areas and outdoor spaces that reduce barriers to learning
- Strong safeguarding culture with open communication and active concern management
- Skilled staff who embed British values and help students develop resilience, confidence and social skills needed for transition to adulthood
Areas for Improvement
- Some lessons are less well planned, leaving students unprepared to learn and unable to actively participate at the start
- Need to ensure all new tutors develop their teaching skills to deliver consistently high-quality lessons
- Expand career advice and guidance to ensure all students have detailed progression plans and extensive work experience opportunities
