Ofsted's next steps for the school: "Leaders should continue to strengthen the school's writing curriculum. They should set out the early writing knowledge pupils need in clear and precise steps that start from the early years. They should support staff to teach these steps well so that pupils secure strong foundational skills and any gaps in learning are identified and addressed quickly".

In 2025, 77% of Year 6 pupils at Bramley Grange Primary School reached the expected standard in reading and 74% in maths. At the average state primary the figures were 72% and 72% in Rotherham and 77% and 75% across England.

Results fell from 90% in reading and 81% in maths in 2024.
