For September 2026 entry, 150 families put Holyport College as their first choice and 940 named it as one of their preferences, for 63 places offered. That is 2.4 first choices for every place. 91 families who put it first were not offered a place there.

First-choice demand has risen from 19 in 2021 to 150 in 2026, while places went from 12 to 63.

Across Windsor and Maidenhead, 76% of families were offered their first-choice secondary school for 2026 entry, and 97% were offered one of the schools they named.

In 2025, families in Windsor and Maidenhead lodged 69 appeals against secondary school offers; 52 reached a hearing and 15 succeeded (28.8% of those heard).
