- Strong focus on building pupils' self-confidence and self-esteem through the 'engage, motivate and inspire' ethos
- Well-designed transition programme to understand each pupil's needs, interests and learning styles
Areas for Improvement
- Medical room handwashing facility required minor adjustment to meet standards (being addressed within days of inspection)

Safeguarding is effective with clear policies, regular staff training, an online recording system for concerns, and a strong open safeguarding culture prioritised at weekly staff meetings.
